Causes of foot pain that can lead to muscle injury
You may have experienced sudden pain in the soles of your feet while walking or after jogging. Pain in the soles of the feet can generally occur due to several factors.
A. Causes of Pain in the Soles of the Feet
- Overweight or obesity that makes the paws bear more burden than they can bear;
- Shoes that don't match the shape of the leg can indirectly cause muscle tension. When this is accompanied by a variety of heavy physical activity, it can cause pains in the legs due to muscle use and excessive pressure during plantarflexion movements (penekukan telapak kaki saat berjalan dan berlari). If left, this condition can lead to more serious muscle injuries, such as hamstring, gastrocnemius, and soleus;
- Wearing high heels for too long forces the legs to stay in a nervous state so it can cause muscle cramps. If this problem is ignored, it can cause an injury to the hip muscle to the back of the thigh;
- Standing too long to overwork the paws;
- Walking without footwear on uneven surfaces; and
- Frequently performing activities that involve stretching the palms, such as dancing ballet.
Unfortunately, most people often choose to ignore pain in the soles of their feet because they think it will disappear by itself. However, in some cases, pain in the soles of the feet may not go away and actually interfere with daily activities.
If the pain in the palm of the foot does not heal immediately, you may have the following conditions.
